| 1. Pass bolt through steel from or wood from hole into the Fast Concrete insert and tighten. Fast Concrete Insert can be secured to steel form or wood from with a bolt. |

2. Pour Concrete |

| 3. Remove bolt and steel form or wood form. Leaving the Fast Concrete insert firmly embedded in the concrete. |
|
4. Insert the correct size bolt through the fixture into the Fast Concrete insert and tighten. The fixture is fixed at the predetermined point. |

|
| 1. Pass nail through Fast Adapter Plug hole and hammer nail at predetermined point. |
|
2.Tighten the Fast Concrete insert to the Fast Adapter Plug. Fast Concrete can be secured to wood form with a strong hole nail |

|
|
|
| 3. Pour concrete. |
|
4. Strip the wood form. Hammer the nail into the Fast Concrete insert. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
| 5. Removed the Fast Adapter Plug with screw driver, living the Fast Concrete Insert firmly embedded in the concrete. |
