Your work is returned to you in two separate documents:
- a tracked changes format showing the changes that have been made, and
- a ‘clean’ revised document that incorporates those changes.
Where appropriate these documents are accompanied by editor comments and suggestions concerning items that may require your further attention. |

Turnaround Time
Documents with less than 4000 words are typically proofread and returned within 24-48 hours. The turnaround time for longer documents or documents needing particularly heavy editing will be based on your deadline. |

We offer an express service ensuring your documents are proofread and returned to you within 24 hours. A 20%surcharge applies. |

Payment
Registered companies are invoiced on completion of work. For individuals we ask that payment is made after the quote before we start work. For regular proofreading work other arrangements can be made. We offer piece by piece billing or a competitive monthly package depending on what suits you.
